I cant keep them all I have a Weiler Matador for personal use So this one is for sale I payed decent money for it Perhaps too much What do you guys think its worth I checked it a bit It runs quit smooth No exces play Direct C5 spindlenose Peter from holland Well if it was here in the states it would be considered an orphan machine and you could by it at an auction for maybe $1500.00 but its not in the states its in Holland and that a much different set of circumstances. I wouldn't know what to offer. You bought it take what you paid for it add what you think you need to make to make it worth your while and that's your asking price. Am I correct that your the machinery dealer in Holland that post on this board? Do you have any experiences shipping machines to the states? Do you have any idea what it would cost to get that machine packed and shipped to Detroit MI? Hi Peter and Todd, it is obvious a nice machine of superb quality (when new).
Peter stated that it is in pretty good condition. That makes it attractive. On the downside is that finding parts is near to impossible or requires a lot craftmenship, time and a shop to produce the parts.
The Lorch company went down late '70's or early '80's. IMO i wouldn't pay more than € 2000. Weiler, Schaublin, Cazeneuve, AI Hembrug is a much saver way to go. Shipping to Detroit from Holland is somewhere between € 1500 and € 2000.
Packed sea-worthy in a heat treated crate and door to door. (I shipped three Hommel incl. Tons of accessoires to LA early this year) Bertus. Todd Yes I am a machinery dealer in Holland About shipping Bertus has a expencive forwarder IMHO This offer I got a couple of months ago Lading: 1 pallet - 900 kgs. 100 x 75 x 200cm Port of Loading: Rotterdam Port of Discharge: Detroit Bijzonderheden: Totaal bedrag CIF Detroit: Eur. 420,15 Totaal bedrag DDU Detroit: Eur.
